We support your projects by delivering engineers on a Time & Material basis. We maintain a continuous pipeline of engineers ready to join your project within two weeks. Additionally, we are happy to assist you in communicating with your clients, preparing offers, concepts, architectures, and cost estimates.

With SOOM-IT.COM, you work under a single framework agreement signed once. Each additional engineer joins your team through a simple order form, eliminating the need for further negotiations or lengthy processes. The order form outlines the key parameters of each engagement, such as:

• Rates.
• Service start date.
• Service end date.
• Expected workload in % FTE (default is 100%).
• Notice period for potential order termination.

Each order can be easily extended.

The engineer’s equipment can either be provided by you (or your client) or supplied by MT-Konsulting. They can work remotely or from your (or your client’s) office.

We offer competitive rates (low margins)—we’re not a corporation and don’t have a large overhead structure, which helps us keep costs low.

Every engineer receives continuous operational and “line” support from us.
